This is MBA's most comprehensive program, covering all aspects of brewing science, brewing technology, and advanced topics such as building a quality lab, and the business of brewing. All classes take place in full production breweries, and the topics are taught by local expert brewers / cellar persons & brewery owners. The workshops are designed for those of you interested in rounding out your already deep knowledge of brewing / cellaring. Topics to include yeast management, advanced cellaring & opening your own brewery, and we're happy to design new programs as the needs arise.
Full-Time Short Course

The Short Course packs in Brewing Science, Brewing Technology and other aspects of running a brewery - ie: operating a lab, and having a wild program. in just over 85 hours of class time, You will receive instruction in the form of lectures from local brewers, hands-on practice on brewing equipment ranging from 3-30 BBLs, and we will even brew a 15 BBL batch as a class.
